OMÀYA is a small Bulgarian brand that deals with one thing: sleep. We make only a few things — a contoured silk mask and a silk pillowcase — and we make them properly: natural mulberry silk, small runs, and a certificate you can ask to see.

THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE
You sleep a third of your life. Nobody looks after that third.
We spend on creams, on the gym, on better coffee. Then we lie down on cotton that tugs at the skin, under a street light that never goes out, in a five-euro mask that has slipped off by midnight. The night is the one stretch of the day when the body repairs itself — and it is the part left untended.

Our silk is tested for harmful substances across every component — fabric, thread, strap, label — not just the main panel. It is the certificate to ask any brand for, and the one most of them do not have.

Dr Kalina Nikolova, a dermatologist practising in Sofia, goes over our fabrics and recommends the mask and the pillowcase to patients with sensitive, acne-prone skin.

22 momme, weighed every batch
Momme is how heavy silk is woven. Under 19 it is thin and tears at the seams; we do not go below 22, and we weigh each delivery before it goes on sale.
The certificate is issued to the mill we cut from and covers the fabric itself. Want the registration number or the document? Write to us and we will send it over.
